Matthew brings decades of real estate experience to his role as Team Leader of the Hills Team. He began his career in 2002, proudly following in the footsteps of his father, John Hill, and stepmother, Glenda Hughes—both well-respected industry professionals.
A dedicated B2C member since 2002, Matthew is deeply rooted in the communities of Georgetown and Halton Hills. His focus on service, integrity, and results has helped the Hills Team earn Chairman’s Club status again in 2025, placing them among the top 1% of Royal LePage agents nationwide and ranking 85th out of more than 22,000 agents across Canada.
Outside of real estate, Matthew is a devoted family man who enjoys time with his wife, Jessica, their two sons, and the family dog. When he’s not working, he can often be found hiking the Bruce Trail or heading west for a few days of skiing.
